F.M. Pastries started the way most real things do — at home, with a recipe that wouldn't leave me alone. I've always baked. Long before it was a business, baking was how I showed up for people: birthday cakes made from scratch at midnight, cookies packed into tin boxes for no reason other than someone deserved something homemade.
At some point people started asking if they could pay for it. That's how this started.
What makes F.M. Pastries different isn't a secret formula or a signature technique. It's simpler than that: I make everything myself. Every single order. No staff, no outsourcing, no production line. When your box arrives, it was made by the person whose name is on it.
That's not a marketing line. It's just how I work, and I have no interest in changing it.
